Effective immediately, Reliable Mobility, the company responsible for the maintenance of our Residents’ wheelchairs, will be increasing their annual inspection fee by $5 to $70.00 per wheelchair. This adjustment is necessary to allow them to continue delivering the standard of care and expertise you expect, while accommodating rising operational costs.
When attending at your loved one’s annual scheduled Care Conference, our Rehab Assistant, Maisha, will provide you with an updated Wheelchair Maintenance Service Agreement form for your review/signature. Should maintenance be required prior to, she will reach out to you directly with advice on next steps.
