On Monday and Tuesday, June 9 and 10, our front entrance on Hugo Street N. will be completely closed/inaccessible due to construction. During this time, all visitors must use our staff entrance/exit on Jessie Avenue. Look for our building overhang and take one step up to reach the door.
To enter/exit, use your access/swipe card on the black box located to the right of the outside door when entering and left of the inside door when exiting. Signage will be posted to help guide you to and from the temporary entrance. Your swipe cards will be temporarily updated to allow access through this door. Please note: There is no buzzer or intercom system at this door, so be sure to bring your swipe card with you! We also mention that your swipe cards will only allow use of the staff entrance/exit for June 9 and 10 – after that, you must resume use of our front entrance on Hugo Street N.
We appreciate your patience during the short disruption. The good news? In just a couple of days, we will have a smooth, safe, and accessible new sidewalk and slope—well worth the short-term inconvenience.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out by email at: . I will get back to you directly or pass your message along to a colleague who will be able to assist.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Please spread the word to any family or friends planning a visit on June 9 or 10 who may not be on our email distribution list.
Warm regards,
Sherry Heppner
Development Coordinator
