Postal Service Disruption – Keeping in Touch

As you may already know, there is currently a postal disruption affecting all mail service.

We had just sent out a batch of our Residents’ monthly statements prior to the strike, and we are unsure if all have reached their destinations — but, as the saying goes, “they are in the mail,” and we trust delivery will occur once the strike is resolved.

In the meantime:

  • If you have any items you would normally send to us by mail, we kindly ask that you bring them along on your next visit to The Home and drop them off at our Business Office.  (We realize that for our out-of-town families/friends – this may not be practical/doable.)
  • Likewise, if we have mailings for you, we will notify you by phone or email so you may stop by the Business Office to pick them up.

Our Business Office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (excluding holidays).

We remain hopeful that the strike will be resolved soon. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us stay connected and keep life at The Home running as smoothly as possible for our Residents.

With great appreciation,

Sherry Heppner
Development Coordinator
