Positive Health Update: Gradual Return to Regular Activities

We are most happy to share some encouraging news regarding the recent stomach virus precautions at The Home.

Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, January 20, Residents from both our 3rd and 4th floor neighborhoods will be able to resume regular routines, including group activities and enjoying meals together in the dining room. This is a wonderful step forward, and we know it will be warmly welcomed.

Currently, the 2nd floor has one Resident experiencing an upset stomach. We are closely monitoring this individual to determine whether it becomes a confirmed case. Currently, this is the only Resident on isolation on the 2nd floor.

As always, our care team continues to follow all appropriate protocols and remains attentive to everyone’s comfort and wellbeing. Thank you for your continued understanding, patience, and support as we work through the final stage of resolving this virus.

We will continue to keep you informed, as needed, and are hopeful that we are very close to putting this chapter behind us.

Warmest regards,

Sherry Heppner
Development Coordinator
