Further to our preceding advice and for those who are able, the Monthly Resident Statements are now ready for pickup at our Business Office, open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays).
The next time you’re visiting The Home during these hours, please stop by the Business Office – located on the main floor (turn right after passing through the second set of sliding doors) – and speak with Fiona, our Administrator. She’ll be happy to assist you.
For those who live a far distance away from The Home, we will mail the applicable Statement once regular mail delivery service has resumed.
We know many of you have asked that statements be emailed instead, and we completely understand the convenience this would offer. Unfortunately, due to the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA), we are unable to send Resident Statements electronically.
