We love when you join your loved one for a meal at The Home! Sharing time around the table is always so meaningful, and we recognize the joy it brings to our Residents.
To ensure we have enough food prepared and space available, please provide advance notice if you plan to dine with us. This helps us prioritize our Residents’ needs while also avoiding unnecessary food waste.
If one or two guests are joining for a meal:
✨Please notify your loved one’s nurse as early as possible on the day of your visit – consider calling ahead with your advice. (Phone numbers for our nursing stations are: 204-453-3663 ext. 212 (2nd floor); ext. 213 (3rd floor); and ext. 214 (4th floor). If your call is not immediately answered, do leave a message.)
✨Remember to purchase a meal ticket from our Business Office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) and present it to the Dietary staff member serving you.
For larger groups (5 or more), please provide at least 2–3 days’ notice and connect with Jen Russell, Recreation Manager ( | 204-453-4663 ext. 209) to reserve the Tea Room, if available. For catering discussions, Sarah Canicula, Aramark Dietary & Housekeeping Manager, can be reached at | 204-453-4663 ext. 227.
