We are most pleased to share that our recent COVID-19 virus concerns are behind us and we are able to declare The Home “COVID-free” at this time! 😊
Because “the virus” continues to be prevalent in our community and beyond our small radius, we recognize that cases of COVID-19 will likely reoccur no matter the strength and depth of our measures and hard work to protect our Residents.
We remain optimistic (but not complacent) about our ability to manage the COVID-19 virus, as we have learned much from all our experiences over the past 3 years. As mentioned in our preceding communique, the protocols of masking, good hand hygiene, staying home when feeling unwell (COVID-19 related or not), PLUS the strong uptake of the vaccines is definitely helping all of us stay just a little bit healthier.
Together, we can all play a part in shielding ourselves and our full Resident population from any and all viruses that may be lurking out there just waiting and wanting to get inside!
