Good day.
Further to our advice of yesterday, we so regret having to advise of COVID positive test results being returned for two of our Residents on the 4th floor. (We offer the reassurance that their symptoms are very mild.) Additional Resident test results are pending and contact tracing is being undertaken. We, again, commit that if your own loved one is tested at any time you will be notified directly.
We have been doing so well in protecting our Residents and staff during the past many, many months. We continue to do everything possible to control and prevent any wide spread of the virus in our Home/amongst our staff.
We recognize that receiving this advice is extremely worrisome for you, our Residents, and our staff. We share your concerns for the wellbeing and safety of your loved one – each Resident is like family to us.
Updates on the status of our situation will be provided as warranted.
