Beautify Your Home for the Festive Season – Fundraising Friendship with Shelmerdine’s

Season’s Greetings!

In preparation for the holiday season, we are excited to share news of our fundraising friendship with Shelmerdine Garden Centre! We realize that this does seem early, but Shelmerdine has already been inundated by orders from other organizations’ supporters and are being overwhelmed by requests. Because Christmas 2020 was all but cancelled – we are presuming that there is a pent-up need for us to really celebrate Christmas 2021 in style!

Shelmerdine offers a beautiful selection of poinsettias and door swags which will add a festive touch to your home, as well as make wonderful additions to your gift list for family members and friends.

A portion from each sale will be generously donated back to our Home by Shelmerdine’s, with the funds being used to provide for Recreational activities for our Residents.

For photos of the stunning selection of poinsettias and door swag, and to access the online order form with full cost and order/pick-up particulars, click on the following link:

(We have been advised that the “marble” poinsettia has already been sold out! Should you wish to participate (and we hope you will), we have to encourage you to order asap. The hard and fast deadline to order is November 19.)

As an option, you can purchase a voucher allowing you to shop in-store and personally select your poinsettia/door swag. Gift Cards are also available which are a perfect choice for any gardener to use come Springtime, and/or to use any time to purchase other greenery, plants, and merchandise at Shelmerdine’s.

(Kindly note that all orders must be picked-up by the purchaser at Shelmerdine’s Garden Centre between November 22 and December 11, 2021. All credit card charges for your purchases will reflect Shelmerdine’s as the merchant.)

THANK YOU for supporting our Residents/your loved ones through this seasonal fundraiser!

Warmest regards,
